VIP WEEKEND PACKAGE for 4 — Trapper’s Cabin

Sale price$3,050.80

Join us at the Solstice Soirée Weekend and stay at our 1792 Trapper’s Cabin

The Trapper's Cabin holds a significant place in the history of Waterloo region as the very first building constructed in 1792. Built by Nathaniel Dodge, a trader and trapper, the cabin housed his wife and five children. Much of it remains unchanged. One of the cabin's prominent features is the stone fireplace which served as the primary source of warmth during winter months. The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests. The bathroom features a soaker tub, shower, and traditional amenities.
With a covered porch overlooking the water buffalo field, guests can relax and observe these majestic animals grazing or lounging in their pond. The Trapper's Cabin provides an ideal setting for a romantic couples getaway. Its rustic charm and historical significance offer a unique and cozy retreat.
